The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Roberto Formigoni - Italy
Roberto taped two stampsheets together he had received and used the backside as a letter. The from side he used for this stampwork / collage and returned it to me.
