The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Nico van Hoorn - Netherlands
Nico van Hoorn sent me this CD with the video of his installation that is currently visible in Nijmegen.
It's a donation for the Fluxus Heidelberg Center (see: http://www.fluxusheidelberg.org ) where it will get a place in the Archive.
