The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from Pistol Pete - USA
In NYC I was lucky to meet Pistol Pete in person. We discussed the tradition of sending out postcards and how the postage has gone up. Always good to meet someone I knew the name of for decades.
