The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Guido Utermark - Netherlands
The envelope from Guido Utermark had a postage stamp on it that wasn't cancelled. My free ticket to a recycled envelope that now is on its way to Guido in The Hague.....
