The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A new erased carved stamp, made by Malinda Welt on 15 feb 2005. It arrived today, and I will use it on some of the official documents for the IUOMA!.
