The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Experiment
The "Japanese experiment" to Canada arrived without any problems. The postal workers even cancelled the postage by hand and just send it from the Netherlands to Canada. That is nice to know.
