The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: iuoma@outlook.com

Text on the backside of the card from Roy Arenella (USA)
I was a big part of twisting time for Roy. Back in the middle of last year, just about when I started my mailart blog (qbdp), Roy started writing to me. And he would find my responses (or a version of them) online before he received the actual mail.
But I do think Roy has uncovered a problem particular to mailart blogs: that we sometimes look for our work and focus on that too much. Mailart has to also be about receiving, and we need to keep that in mind. (By the way, Roy is all about creating and happy to receive. He does look at his stuff online, but, geez, who wouldn't!?)
