The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A new serie that I made. A total of 17 envelopes, all handpainted and handnumbered. The first ones went out. Soon others will discover where they have gone....
