The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Amazing to see that this envelope reached Canada without any problems. Even 4 hand cancellations done by the Dutch Postal Workers. It seems it will be very interesting to get rid of my collection of japanese postage stamps.
