The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Because Jukka sent me some interesting magazines I sent him this envelope in return. Filled with some of my publications. Some are old, but I hope he does like them.
