The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. "DOM" is actually Dutch for "stuppid". And WOP seems to be 'not such a nice word' in American slang. Strange how we put meanings to letters.
