The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. The map Keith Bates (UK) sent is of the planet Mailo. Most of the mail-artists I know have gotten their own place. Seems he has found the "City of TAM" as well on Mailto.
