The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: iuoma@outlook.com

Mail from Roland Halbritter - Germany
A coupon returned from Roland Halbritter. He glued it onto carton, perforated it and altered the IUOMA into IUOPA. Surely stands for International Union of Perforating Artists. Am I right Roland? Loved the idea!
... well if you need any perforating works, let me know, you and Litsa are welcome at any time ... ... the interpretation of IUOPA is funny ... ... thanks for the future surprising envelope ... ... looking forward to it ... regards roland
perforating machine: ... indeed a bit of luxury, but I was looking for years already, and now I found finally one from around 1900, so even a very historic one, but still working ... ... a letter to you is also on the way, no image before sorry ... ... hope you will be surprised in a way seeing it than ... bye Roland

Hi Roland,
The envelope should be there after the weekend....
best wishes,
Ruud
owning a perforator is a luxury. Yes, we might considering taking up this offer. Very generous of you.

Hi Roland,
The older a perforating machine is, the better. They made good equipement in the early industrial ages.
Aha, another piece on its way to me. I am honored. Yes, without an image the surprise is larger....
Till again Roland,
Ruud
