The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. A lot has been written by him in this period and in his BLOG he writes about the most recent views and thoughts. For Snail-Mail write to: iuoma@outlook.com

More envelopes for De Villo Sloan - USA
Because I know De Villo Sloan collects these envelopes, I am now sending him a bunch of them with the same theme, but with a different 'attitude'. In todat it must be about 8 envelopes which I sent with intervals of a day or two. So he might get a few at the same time, but it will really be pooring in this week at his P.O. Box........
New Fluxus Rubberstamp Sheet sent out
On one specific stampsheet 6 people participated. So I made colour Xerox copies of it (double sided) and am returning the final result to all part takers. They also receive a new sheet to work on. All sent in handstamped envelopes with stamps from the TAM Rubberstamp Archive
And the sheet they got returned is this one:

Mail from Arturo Falico - USA
Some 'Official Postal Art' from Arturo (USA) with in it a handwritten letter and also two of his recent cards.
Mail to Cascadia Artpost - USA
Sent this letter to Jack Latteman (Cascadia Artpost) in USA. Besides the acrylic painted envelope, I also collaged the address with individual letters. The Postal Workers might have some problems with reading an address this way, but I will know soon if it arrived or not.
It is a colourful way of aying thank you for the wonderful mail Jack sent me. His collection of seeds with May flowers arrived and will be planted. A lovely gesture to send seeds of flowers worldwide to make the Earth look a bit more colourful......
Mail to Troebel Neyntje - Belgium
Made this card for the project Troebel Neyntje is doing. Sent it to Belgium and saw it already online, so I know it arrived safely.

mail to De Villo Sloan _USA
I have decided to send a batch of envelopes to De Villo Sloan from the current series. This way he can see how each envelope has its own little twist. Inside some envelopes is also a print of another envelope so he gets a glimpse in advance of the other one that is on its way too....

Is mail-art dead?
Because so many things happen online, I made this foam rubberstamp with the text "Is mail-art Dead? where the word DEAD was written in black, also the R in ART,so the question could also be is mail at r dear. Anyhow the first images were posted on facebook and caused reactions from mail-artists online. They say it isn't dead...... So I stamped the new made stamp on some envelopes and started to send them out into the network, like real traditional mail-art.
Mail to Heleen de Vaan - Netherlands
A small postal experiment. On the address I left out the cityname, also the fact that it is a P.O. Box. Normally a zipcode and the follow up number of the mail should be sufficient. We will see it that worked. Since with the first mailing I still wanted to help them a bit I wrote on one side Post and on the other side Bus (Dutch for Box), and on the top in A, what indicates both meanings: in A Postbox, but also in Amsteleen, where Heleen actually lives.
