The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail to Guy Bleus - Belgium
since 1983 we exchange mail-art now. So Guy Bleus probably has quite a collection of what I have produced over the years. That is why I also send him some of the new painted envelopes.
