The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Backsides of envelopes
On the backsides of envelopes I always use some kind of special stamping and sometimes stickers to make the envelope loop formal.
