The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Mail from London
When several mail-artists meet they tend to send out mail-art to others. I was lucky to receive this postcard when 4 mail-artists met in the UK.....
