The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Outgoing Stampsheets
Today I made some copies of the Sheets for the Fluxus Rubberstamps Collection, and am returning a colour (double-sided) copy of the work that came in. Also a new sheets was included in the hope they will send another contribution........
