The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. The card with the Beuys cross by Nico van Hoorn arrived. He packed it in a transparent envelope and this is the envelope he sent it in. Seems he likes the Van Gogh postage stamps the Netherlands issued as well.
