The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Letter I sent to Rea Nikonova and Serge Segay. I printed the page I wrote about their new book on this blog on a colour laserprinter so they are able to read what I wrote. They probably don't have access to this highspeed Internet.
