The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Malinda Welte (USA) sent me this nice envelope with artistamps, 2 dollars for a Guy Bleus interview booklet, and also a new design for the IUOMA-card.
