The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. One of the BULL envelopes I enlarged for you. Quite a few went out today. Maybe in the coming week they will pop up on some of those BLOG's. That sure would be funny.
