The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Dobrica (Serbia) sent me the latest Open World Magazine number 37. He wonders why he doesn;t hear that much from me. Probably he isn't online that much so he doesn't see that the online world keeps me busy as well.
