The envelopes with the japanese postage make a good chance. A first card to Canada arrived without a problem.......
I received an enveloppe. Arrived safely without any special markings or postage dues. I have no doubt that if I was doing the same test, Canada Post would send it back to me. They returned a postcard to me three weeks ago because a 1 cent stamp was missing!
Hi RF. Nice to hear it arrived. Probably the postal world here is so much automized that the computers don't recognize another stamp. The human factor in mail-deliverence is far away. I once asked the postal office if they mind that I play these games with them. I got 3 replies. The last one from the main postal office management in The Hague (our National Center) in which I got the reply that when it is art, it is allowed. That was back in the 80-ies. Must have these answers lying somewhere.....
