new card 2 - who wants it?

I would love to have the card! :-) Why? Well, I'm a newbie, so my MailArt collection is very very tiny at the moment and needs some help. And I'm a new member of IUOMA. And I've just established my own "postal authority" - PCIPO (Pine Cone Island Post Office), so hey, why not me? :-) Besides, it's gorgeous and it's by Ruud!!! And if I'm not chosen, that's Ok. p.s. For Chris. What the card costs? I am not selling. Actually the one who receives it gets it as a presant. I am even paying for the postage and the receiver isn't obliged to answer at all. Typical Mail-Art.....

glad to know the postal system still works. Even with painted cards. Sometimes I think postal workers make temporary exhibitions at the postal offices and therefore delay my mail.....
