The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. I read this in Heidelberg. Tomorrow I will be in Mainz. So it is good that there are Internetcafe's in Germany.
