The International Union of Mail-Artists is where the IUOMA stands for, but actually it is one of the aspects of the Mail-Art that Ruud Janssen has produced in the last 38 years. Very nice to hear a card can talk. Will use some more speach-paint on the future cards so they will speak even louder....
